GUAR GUM SPLITS
Guar gum splits from guar seeds. It is a non-ionic polysaccharide galactomannan and refined endosperm. There is a certain mechanical process through which the splits are separated from the Guar Seeds.
GUAR GUM POWDER
Guar gum, extracted from the pods of the guar plant, is widely used as an emulsifier, thickener, and stabilizer in food and cosmetics. Guar gum is used in food as a thickening and binding agent. It is also used in textile, paper, pharmaceutical, oil, and many other industries.
GUAR KORMA
Guar Korma is a by-product of processing the Guar Seed. The extracted guar korma is further processed by toasting at a high temperature to remove Trypsin Inhibitor, thus improving its nutritive value.
GUAR MEAL
Guar Meal is a by-product of processing the Guar Seed. The extracted guar meal is further processed by toasting at a high temperature to remove Trypsin Inhibitor, thus improving its nutritive value.
